If we cannot make the REVOLUTION TEA product work for you, we will set up a return or exchange for the item. If you purchased an item from our website, please follow the steps below for a timely solution:

You must include any unused and unopened (if applicable) product along with all original packaging and a record of packing slip or confirmation number from the original order (please retain a copy for your records).

- REVOLUTION TEA will process your refund to the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or Revolution Tea error.
- REVOLUTION TEA is not liable for packages lost during shipping.

Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package and an additional fee will be applied to re-route your order.
