If we cannot make the REVOLUTION TEA product work for you, we will set up a return or exchange for the item. If you purchased an item from our website, please follow the steps below for a timely solution:

  1. Call our Customer Representative Team at 1-888-321-4738 or submit an email on our Contact Us page within 30 days of your original invoice date. You must include any unused and unopened (if applicable) product along with all original packaging and a record of packing slip or confirmation number from the original order (please retain a copy for your records).

  3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship most economical way possible.
  4. REVOLUTION TEA will process your refund to the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or Revolution Tea error.
  5. REVOLUTION TEA is not liable for packages lost during shipping.
