  1. What is the difference between wholesale and consumer accounts?
    • Consumer accounts are best fit for individuals (aka: "at-home-user") to purchase our products in small quantities at retail price.
    • Wholesale accounts may be setup for: organizations, businesses, individuals, alike to purchase our product in large quantities, at discounted prices. Users with "wholesale" accounts are usually retailers who sell our products to consumers.
  2. What is the difference in packaging between a 16, 20, and 30 count?
    • 16 Count: packaged in a re-sealable Zip-lock pouch (Not individually wrapped & No string attached)
    • 20 Count: packaged individually into foil wrapping. Individual servings have string attached
    • 30 Count: packaged individually in "petite" mini-boxes. Individual servings have string attached
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    • We do not ship internationally. For European shipping inquiries, please visit our European site: www.revolutiontea.eu/en
    • For all other international shipping inquiries, please contact us through the "Contact" tab found above and we will forward you to the correct channel.
  4. Will there be a direct line for a Wholesale CSR?
    • Our Customer Service Department is available by phone at 888-321-4738 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, AZ time. We are closed major holidays, and during company functions

  5. As a wholesaler is there a minimum amount I have to purchase per order?
    • All minimum quantity requirements will be displayed under each item. You must be logged in as "Wholesale" user in order to see discounted/wholesale pricing.
  6. Are there any tax breaks for being a wholesaler?
    • Having a TAX ID number exempts Revolution from collecting sales tax from you.
  7. What are payment options through Wholesale Website? Can I be invoiced for my orders?
    • Payment Methods accepted for Wholesale users are: Credit/Debit, Amazon Pay and PayPal
    • Invoicing is NOT an option through our website.
  8. How do I get FREE shipping through website orders?
    • Both Consumers and Wholesalers qualify for FREE shipping on orders $25 or more! Make sure to select proper Shipping Method marked with $0.00 fee option to avoid shipping charges.
  9. I want to order products at wholesale pricing that are NOT displayed on the wholesaler website. How do I receive more information on these products?
    • Please call us to review any product of interest not currently shown on our wholesale website. Contact us Toll Free at: 888-321-4738, OR, email us using the "Contact" link through our website.
  10. I need to update my account and contact information. How can I do this?
    • Simple. First, login.
    • Second, Select "Account," Dropdown to "My Account." You will see "MY DASHBOARD" page. Select "edit" on any field(s) necessary.
    • Lastly, hit "SAVE" after all changes are made.
  11. Why is my tax ID required?
    • Revolution Tea is required to have Resale Certificate for all sales to 3rd parties. When various state agencies visit us, these certificates are evidence that we are NOT required to collect sales tax from you.
  12. What are your business hours?
    • Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm AZ time. We are closed major holidays, and during company functions.
